Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MyFocus Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms comply with Malaysian contract laws and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. We may change fees with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology are owned by MyFocus Pro. You retain rights to your own data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFocus Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months prior.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
